Learn To Flip!

Flip Club is a new twist on cheer & tumbling classes at Champion Athletix. Be part of a unique club where we focus on gaining skills, earning rewards and improving fitness in a family atmosphere. New Flip Club classes will focus on fun, growth, learning new skills and progressing to the next level. Cheerleaders and non-cheerleaders are encouraged to attend. If you want to learn to FLIP, Champion Athletix is the place for you!

Tot Tumbling – 5 – 5:45 pm
Open Gym – 5 – 5:45 pm
Beginner Basics (Forward Rolls, Cartwheels, Handstands, etc)- 5:45 – 6:30 pm
Back Handspring and Beyond – 6 – 6:45 pm

Tuesday
Fierce Flyers – 4:30 – 5:15 pm
Beginner Basics (Forward Rolls, Cartwheels, Handstands, etc)- 4:30 – 5:15 pm
Wicked Walkovers – 5:15 – 6 pm
Intro to Cheer – 6 – 6:45 pm
Layouts and Tucks – 8:30 – 9:15 pm

Wednesday
